The Sandy Pines Member Service team is here to help with all your day to day questions and services. Most services and related information are listed below. For those that are not, and any additional questions, give us a call and we'd be happy to help you find answers. We're open year-round Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and seasonally on Saturdays, Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. If we experience good weather in the Spring or Fall we may start or end Saturday hours a week or two early, please check our park calendar for details.

- Golf Cart, Moped, Boat & Blue Tank (Honey Pot) Stickers (Vehicle stickers are only available at the Public Safety Services Building).
- Boat dock & boat stake waiting lists.
- Account payments and billing inquires.
- Account updates including: Address, phone number, email, and login credential changes.
- Postage, copies & faxes with a nominal fee.
- Facility Rentals: Certain facilities are available for rent from April 16th through October 14th. Contact Member Service for availability & pricing.
