Our Communications Team has been working hard this year to keep you updated on all our park news and events. Feedback that we received in the past was that you wanted more information farther in advance to prepare for upcoming events. To do that this year we changed the Weekend Flyers that focused on Thursday-Sunday to the Weekly Flyers that now focus on the entire week from Monday-Sunday. In each Weekly Flyer we focus on the current week’s events, next week’s bigger events, and main events coming up in the next few weeks. We hope this is giving you more time to plan in advance, so you don’t miss out on any important events, details, and/or deadlines. On the back of the Flyers we feature five of the biggest park news events and updates with links through to our website for more information along with a few quick announcements and a thank you to someone in the park that has gone above and beyond for the good or our community. We’re always looking for great members, volunteers, staff, board members and candidates to highlight in our thank you section. If you know of someone that has gone above and beyond, please let us know who they are so we can feature them in our Flyers.
Our other goal this year was to get the monthly Footprints Publication out sooner to give you more time to read up and prepare for what’s coming down the pike, but do the fluid nature of COVID-19, we remained on our current print schedule in order to keep you up to date with the most recent park related updates.
We’ve also been working hard to get all our updates on our website and Sandy Pines Cable Channels 27.1-27.4 with supplemental Facebook posts to push information out to everyone in the way the prefer to absorb it. This year, it’s been all about content, content, and more content. We’d love your feedback anytime you have something to share. Just give us a quick call at 616.896.8315 x112 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

50th Anniversary Logo
As we gear up for our park’s 50th Anniversary, we’re proud to unveil our new 50th Anniversary Logo that you’ll see in our marketing and branding in 2021! Our goal with the new logo was to integrate our current logo and branding into a something different, extra, and special for the year in which we celebrate our 50th. With gold being the official color of 50th wedding anniversaries, we thought this color palette was a natural choice and great way to honor our community. We’re currently working on limited edition 50th Anniversary merchandise and logo wear that we’ll be selling throughout the year. Stay tuned for details!
