Annual dues, capital, cable, and assessments are calculated each Fall in coordination with the billing of dues in October. Annual financial statements and budgets are posted after review and approval from the Sandy Pines Board of Directors. Capital Investment Fund Information
We are at an important crossroads in our long-term planning as the member-approved 10-Year Capital Reserve Fund is set to expire at the end of the 2027 season. As Sandy Pines enters its 55th year, we’re incredibly grateful for the growth and care that has shaped our park into the beautiful place it is today.
However, not all areas of the park were addressed in previous capital efforts—and like our own homes, aging infrastructure requires regular investment to remain safe, functional, and enjoyable.
This is our opportunity to reinvest in the future of Sandy Pines—together.
