We will be adding a new drain field and dump station. This project will be kicking off this month. It will be located in Phase 3. Click the button below to see the drawings. Over the past 2 years our Long-Range Planning committee along with our Maintenance team have been reviewing all our drain fields, current usage levels and storage records. Our drain field located in Phase 1 behind the softball field which accommodates all our park pump outs and camper trailer disposals is getting to the point of overuse based on the recorded levels over the last few years. Our Long-Range Planning Committee recommended to the board of directors and operations an additional drain field and dump station to avoid any potential failure to our Phase 1 drain field. This new drain field and dump station in Phase 3 will allow for half the park pump outs and campers located in Phase 3 which have the most campsites a better disposal option while reducing the levels in the Phase 1 drain field and dump station. Campers in Phase 3 will no longer need to travel back into the park to do their disposals in Phase 1. This will help add life to our over worked Phase 1 drain field while reducing camper trailer traffic in Phase 1.
