Hopefully everyone is enjoying our beautiful park, working out in the park, I have seen many new faces, welcome to our Happy Place. The sales office has had a super busy year selling and with that comes many new members so let’s all welcome them and help them become accustomed to Sandy Pines. If you are a new member, please feel free to get ahold of me with any questions you may have about your new Happy Place, and any projects you may have planned.

Thank you to everyone for keeping our park clean and looking good. The few that have not, have been notified and the problem will be corrected. I have been working with several tree contractors to get the many trees in the green space trimmed or dead ones removed. There are many, so if you have requested some for removal, please be patient, I assure you they will be addressed.

I have been writing many permits this season and can ultimately see great improvements everyone is making. Sandy Pines is truly a Great place to make memories and be with family and friends. And it shows through our members.

Thank you!
