June 10th is the annual site clean-up deadline.

The goal of this deadline is to ensure that all members are keeping their sites clean to consistent standards. Please make sure all park models, structures, decks, yards, boats, and golf carts are clean, presentable and free of debris and trash. Moss and mold should be cleaned from all structures. All sites shall be maintained throughout the summer season annually from June 10 thru Labor Day. A rising tide lifts all boats, let’s work together and look good together!

As of June 10th, should you find yourself in violation you’ll receive the Site Violations Checklist (below) by mail.
