Renewal Sticker Pick Up

Beginning April 15th, members may retrieve their stickers for the 2024 season from Member Service Team at the Administration Office, open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.

Additionally, the Member Service team will offer extended Saturday hours on April 20th and May 4th from 8 am to 12 pm exclusively for sticker pick-up.

Stickers will be placed in envelopes labeled with the member’s name and site. Members must personally collect their stickers and provide a signature acknowledging receipt. To confirm site ownership, members must present their Sandy Pines member card.

Please note that associates are not authorized to pick up stickers. This policy is in place to uphold our Rules and Bylaws, as members are accountable for their accounts and sites. Previous instances where associates were allowed to obtain account information or stickers resulted in challenges and confusion, necessitating this adjustment. We will accommodate member sticker pickups on select Saturdays before returning to regular Saturday hours beginning May 11th.
