Renewal Sticker Pick Up

Saturday, April 15th members are able to start picking up their stickers for the 2023 season at the Admin Office!

The Member Service team will be having extended Saturday Hours on 4/15, 4/29, & 5/13 from 8 am – 12 pm. These additional hours will be specifically for sticker pick up only.

We will once again be placing your stickers into envelopes identified by MEMBER name and site. Members will be able to pick up and provide an acknowledging signature that you have received your stickers. Only members will be able to pick up your stickers. Members will need to show their Sandy Pines member card to confirm your site.

Associates will not be permitted to pick up stickers. Why are we only allowing members to pick up stickers? The simple answer to this question is that Members are responsible for their accounts and sites per our Rules and Bylaws. In the past, members have requested associates be able to get account information, stickers, etc. only to call the administration office challenging why Administration allowed this to happen, stickers were never received by the Member and account information should never have been given. This puts our Admin Staff in a difficult spot. We will no longer be able to extend these requests to Members for their Associates. We will staff a couple of Saturday dates prior to the return to regular May Saturday hours to support member sticker pickup.

Members may always pick up their stickers during regular office hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from Member Service.
