Garage sales are one of the park’s most highly attended and anticipated events! For the safety and cleanliness of the park, please limit sales to Saturday daylight hours.  Please be aware of your surroundings when driving through the sales as there will be a lot of extra traffic in the park and a lot of wandering eyes checking out sales as they drive. Please make sure when parking during the sale that you’re not blocking traffic and roads.

Due to safety concerns, our Maintenance Team will not be able to provide Emergency Pump Outs on the Saturday of the Phases having Garage Sales. As Garage Sales have grown in popularity, it has become more difficult navigating trucks through busy traffic and dragging hoses around activities for secure hookups. In addition to patron safety, we’d also like to prevent possible spills. Please plan proactively and order your Pump Outs before Saturday. Emergency Pump Outs are available on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
