Event Information

Join us for Poppies & Pages, a meaningful and creative evening designed to help kids connect with the spirit of Memorial Day. This free event begins with a special read-aloud led by staff, followed by a hands-on craft activity where children will create poppy-themed pennant flags or other patriotic designs.

Once completed, the children’s artwork will be proudly displayed along the Memorial Walk for veterans to pass through during the Memorial Day Service, honoring those who have served and sacrificed. It’s a wonderful way for kids to learn, reflect, and contribute to the weekend’s remembrance in a personal and creative way.
