Theme: Dress as a Holiday Character

Get creative and show off your holiday spirit at the Christmas in August Costume Showcase! Dress up as your favorite holiday character—classic, cozy, funny, or totally original—and take part in this festive community event during Christmas in August Spirit Week.

Participants will take part in a Holiday Character Walk, and all costume photos will be shared online for a social media vote. Winners will be selected by age group and announced the following morning, so make sure your costume brings the holiday magic.

We’ll be awarding prizes across multiple categories, including a special Golden Prize (announcement coming soon!), so this is the perfect chance to go all out—or team up for a family or group costume.

• Family / Group Costume (2 or more people)
