Park President Jeff Sweitzer
On behalf of the Board and Staff here at Sandy Pines Wilderness Trails, it’s my honor to welcome you to one of the premiere family centered facilities in the United States of America. Come visit us!
Over The Years
From 1971 to present, Sandy Pines has been committed to positively supporting family values through the development and maintenance of a quality Recreational Park, for the benefit of its Member families and their guests. We can proudly say that the Sandy Pines Membership is represented by families from right here in West Michigan, as well as from all across the country.
As part of our Staff Team here at Sandy Pines, I can confidently say that we are committed to do our very best as we seek to serve you professionally, and in a manner that is beyond expectation. This is a Member Owned facility and we will serve our Members and their guests with all due respect and gratitude for the investment each Member has given in time, emotion and finances.
Please feel free to approach any of our Staff Team if you have any questions, comments or concerns. We will do our very best to listen and respond as expeditiously as we can. If answers to your questions are not immediately known and clearly defined, we ask that you allow us the time to research and respond in a timely manner.
Most of all….Enjoy this great place and THANK YOU for making it a better place by being here!
Hello Sandy Pines members. My name is Jeff Sweitzer and I am blessed to be your Park President. I am a West Michigan resident married to my wonderful wife, Amy, since 1994. We have 3 wonderful children, Kennedy, Rece, and our youngest daughter Elly.
Our family loves camping, golfing, and other outdoor activities. We are active in our local Hudsonville church. I am passionate about spending quality time with my family, traveling with my wife and building lasting relationships as well as memories along the way.
While attending Northview High School, I found a love for sports playing baseball, football, and basketball. I’ve carried my love for baseball over into coaching my son Rece in travel baseball for many years. I attended Grand Valley State University receiving a Business Degree in Marketing and later receiving a master’s degree in International Business from Aquinas College.
I have served many organizations over my 25-year professional career while seeing many parts of the country and world, but I am most excited about this opportunity at Sandy Pines. The culture and family atmosphere are fantastic, and I can’t wait to bring my servant leadership skills to the board as well as you the members. My entire family will be a part of this adventure which makes this even more satisfying.
We look forward to carrying out Sandy Pines’ mission of being dedicated to providing a happy and safe environment where families and friends create a lifetime of memories.
