Daylight hours on Friday and Saturday. No sales or setup are allowed on Thursday. Please use Friday as your setup day.

Important Reminders

No Thursday sales or setup: Sales and setup are not permitted on Thursday. Please use Friday to set up your sale area and keep all activity within the approved sale dates.

No green space setups: Set up is no longer allowed in the green space due to safety and traffic concerns. All sales must take place on your lot.

Keep roadways clear: Please do not block roads, driveways, or traffic flow when parking or setting up.

Pump-out reminder for hosting phases: Emergency pump outs will not be available on Garage Sale days in the phases hosting sales due to heavier traffic and limited truck access. Members in those areas are encouraged to schedule pump-outs in advance for Wednesday or Thursday.
