DESCRIPTION:Members wanting to run for one of our open Board of Directors positions will need to stop by The Administration Building and pick up their petitions for signatures from the Member Service Team. Those forms are available now! \nPetitions are to be signed by 25 Sandy Pines Members and returned to Member Service sixty (60) days prior to the elections. \nARTICLE XIII \nDIRECTOR NOMINATIONS AND MEMBER PROPOSALS \nSection 1\, Nominations for Director: \na) The method of nomination for director shall be by petition. Petitions for each candidate shall be signed\nby at least twenty-five (25) Sandy Pines members. No member shall sign their name to a greater number of\npetitions than there are persons to be elected for director at the election. Where the signature of a member\nappears on more petitions than they are permitted to sign\, the signatures bearing the latest date shall be\ninvalidated. Nominating petitions shall be filed with the secretary of the Board.\nb) The secretary of the Board shall publish notice of the last day permitted for filing nominating petitions\,\nnot less than sixty (60) days prior to the elections\, and the number of members to be elected to each office\nin the manner and time provided by these bylaws. \nSection 2\, Form of Petition: \nThe form of a petition shall be such that it contains the name and site number of the\ncandidate and the office to which that member is seeking election. There shall be spaces for printed names\, signatures\,\nsite number\, and date for petition signers. The secretary of the Board shall maintain and provide forms which are\navailable at the Administration office.

SUMMARY:Member Service Closed Saturdays
DESCRIPTION:Member Service is now closed on Saturdays for the off season. Please note that while our weekday hours used to shift in the off season we’re keeping them consistent to help avoid confusion. We’ll be open year-round Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The only thing that will fluctuate seasonally is Saturday hours which always start by Memorial Day Weekend and end Labor Day Weekend\, however depending on the weather we may open a few weeks earlier in the spring and an additional weekend in the fall to accommodate high traffic in and out of the park. \nHours\nMon-Fri 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
