What Happens After Conditional Approval?

Before requested dates are finalized, conditionally approved vendors must provide the following:

• A current Allegan County Health Department license or equivalent license issued by the appropriate health department
• A current fire department inspection form, when applicable
• Current proof of liability insurance
• A completed Sandy Pines Vendor Agreement
• Confirmation that required employee background checks have been completed

All licenses, inspections, and insurance must remain valid through the vendor's approved Sandy Pines service dates. Updated documentation may be requested if an item expires during the season.

Background-check records are maintained by the vendor and do not need to be submitted to Sandy Pines unless requested.

Submitting this application indicates interest in serving at Sandy Pines during the 2027 season. It does not guarantee approval, placement, requested dates, requested serving hours, or participation in a Craft & Vendor Show.

Sandy Pines will review applications based on availability, park programming, vendor variety, location capacity, and the needs of the Sandy Pines community.
