Facility Rentals

General Rental Info

Currently, Sandy Pines has four facilities available for Members to rent for their various celebrations; see below. The first step in renting a facility is to call Member Service to see if the facility is available on your event date.

Rental of facilities cannot begin before April 1st of the current season and is contingent upon whether or not the park needs the facility on that date. Reservations are subject to change until the Recreation Calendar is complete for the season. Facilities are not available on holidays including Christmas in August.

Facility Rental Process

The next step is to complete a Facility Rental Contract. The rental fee can be billed to the Member’s account if the account is in good standing and will be paid in full before the event. Otherwise, the rental fee is due at contract submission. Reservations must be paid in full to guarantee the rental. Contracts are shared with the Sandy Pines Public Safety Office and Maintenance Dept.

Also, remember to list the number of needed tables and chairs for the Maintenance Dept. Members are responsible for table & chair set up and take down, trash removal and clean up. Tables and chairs are available to accommodate maximum facility capacities. Additional tables and chairs are not available for rent through Sandy Pines, but can be rented through a 3rd party contractor. The Member will be billed for costs associated with any damages, repairs or clean up required following their use of the facility. All trash must be disposed of at a compactor.

Alcoholic Beverages are not permitted at Sandy Pines facilities.

The Picnic Shelter by the Phase I Pavilion/Beach area is not available for reservations and is open to all Members at all times. Signs saying “Reserved” are not permitted at the Phase I Picnic Shelter and will be removed.

Phase 1 Indoor Pavilion

  • Available: April 15th to October 15th (Excluding holiday weekends)
  • $170 for 5 hours ($50 per hour for additional time)
  • Capacity: 200
  • 15 white tables – 30” x 8 ft
  • 17 brown tables – 30” x 8 ft
  • 200 chairs
  • No kitchen
  • Refrigerator only, no freezer
  • No cooking inside

The picnic shelter beside the Pavilion is not available for renting; it is available to Members first come, first serve.

Recreation Station All Purpose Room

  • Available: Off-Season only (after Labor Day & before Memorial Day Weekend)
  • $175 for 5 hours ($200 on Holidays, $50 per hour for additional time)
  • Capacity: 100 person maximum
  • 18 large tables – 30” x 8 ft
  • 2 small tables
  • 110 chairs
  • No kitchen
  • No refrigerator
  • No cooking inside

The picnic shelter beside the Pavilion is not available for renting; it is available to Members first come, first serve.

Phase 2 Flea Market Picnic Shelter

  • Available: Year-round (Excluding holiday weekends)
  • $90 for 5 hours ($50 per hour for additional time)
  • Capacity: No maximum, accommodates 100 people
  • Picnic Tables available
  • If extra tables are needed, cost is $8.00 per table if maintenance delivers and picks up.
    • Check with Member Service to see if extra tables are available; someone may already be renting the other facilities from where tables would be pulled.

Phase 3 Picnic Shelter

  • Available: Year-round (Excluding holiday weekends)
  • $90 for 5 hours ($50 per hour for additional time)
  • Capacity: No maximum, accommodates 75 people
  • Picnic Tables available
  • If extra tables are needed, cost is $8.00 per table if maintenance delivers and picks up.
    • Check with Member Service to see if extra tables are available; someone may already be renting the other facilities from where tables would be pulled.
