Billing statements are sent on the 1st of the month and Member Account Balances are due in full on the 25th of every month*. Contact Member Service if you have questions regarding your account, balances or payments.
*If the 25th is a Saturday or Sunday, then the bills are due the Friday before (June 24th, September 23rd, December 23rd).
