On Saturday\, June 27th\, Phases 3\, 5\, and 6 will host their sales\, followed by Phases 1\, 2\, 4\, and Condos on Saturday\, July 19th\, 2025. These park-wide sales are the perfect opportunity to discover hidden treasures\, meet fellow members\, and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. Please remember that all sales are limited to daylight hours on Saturday to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. \nNeed a starting point? Check out our Park Map to guide you on your shopping adventure! \nThis year\, NO SET-UPS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE GREEN SPACE due to safety and traffic concerns. All sales must take place on your lot\, so plan accordingly and keep the roadways clear. As always\, please be cautious when navigating through the sales areas\, as traffic will be heavier than usual with excited buyers and spectators. Be mindful when parking\, making sure not to block roads or driveways. \nPlease note that emergency pump outs will not be available on the day of the garage sales due to the difficulty of maneuvering trucks through the busy traffic. Our Maintenance Team encourages members to plan ahead and schedule pump-outs in advance for Wednesday\, Thursday\, or Friday to avoid any issues.
