Congratulations to all of the candidates. Please take a moment to remember that as board members you work for the members, not the park president. Article VIII, section 9 is new and requires an Operating Policy to determine the parameters in which Remote Participation will be authorized. Get that done at once, because this season is soon over and trying to accomplish the task remotely is not ideal.
Article VIII, section 7, now there are no time restraints on filling vacancies. Please take your responsibilities seriously and fill any vacancy ASAP. Don’t do the wrong thing as the old board did this past Spring.

Considering there was approx. 903 voters in this election (based on the highest total votes on the ballot proposals being 903), the top three received votes from 66% of the voters. That a huge number!. Congratulations!

When changing the wording of a bylaw, please specify in bold print exactly what is different. Maybe break it down by paragraphs.

I for one am not happy with the results
I hope for the park’s sake that this board will NOT let the continuing upgrade of Sandy Pines down!!
