Phase 3 Reainbow

With the Thursday, April 9th State of Michigan announcement from the Office of the Governor for Executive Order No. 2020-42 extending Stay-At-Home orders through April 30th, we announced that Sandy Pines and Lake Monterey Golf Course will remain closed through this time frame. For more details, visit our Stay Home Stay Safe Extension Update.

We heard your requests and worked diligently with State and Local officials to allow members in to retrieve personal items from the park. We intended to allow additional days for this, however, the order announced on Thursday limited us to Friday, April 10th only. Thanks to your patience and cooperation, the process went smoothly as our  Security Team strategically scheduled entries in limited numbers to maintain proper social distancing and safety guidelines.

The park continues being patrolled by our Public Safety Team 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.  They have been doing an excellent job watching over your sites. On Tuesday, April 7th, a severe lighting storm moved through the park dropping hail along the way. Our Security Staff was on site patrolling and was happy to note there was no significant damage to any property in the park. Thank you Bryan St. Onge for sharing video of the storm from your security camera.

Due to the delayed park opening and limited staff, we have not sent April Statements which include billings for Annual Renewals. Please remember the Annual Renewal statements in your Member Web Access Portal are simply summaries and are not billing statements. Our current plan is to send the April Statements in May. Finance charges are being waived in this time period.

We continue to evaluate a safe process and method of opening the park as well as what that means to ensure the safety of our team, members, and guests. Everything will not return to normal immediately.  We will provide an update prior to the expiration of the extended Stay-At-Home order. Stay home and stay safe!

For those of us who are out of state for the winter, it is very inconvenient for us to not be able to back to our home, Sandy Pines, as usual. If the water could be turned on and pump outs provided, we could return to our sites and stay separated from others. At this time the CC’s should not be open because this could very easily spread the virus. With water and pump outs we could stay at our sites. Please give this some consideration. Thank you.

We were very impressed by the way Sandy Pines Security handled April 10. They were very professional and efficient in the way they handled members coming into the park. Thank you for being there for us.

Thank you for the kind words and your support. We do appreciate it. Our Security Team worked very hard to accommodate as many people as possible while keeping everyone safe.

I have a question regarding the date to bring in new boat registration. My login and password never work on the sandy pines website
