Any plans to suspend payment of dues for those of us out of work due to the virus?

Annual Dues were due in October 2019. For those opting to make dues payments, 3/25 is the due date for the final payment. There are no plans to suspend any dues or billing payments.

There is no CC open in phase 2?

    • Sandy Pines on March 18, 2020 at 9:14 am

That is correct. The CC that is open in Phase 1 near the baseball field and Retail Laundry is centrally located on the edge of Phase 1 near Phase 2 .

After this posting we did learn from the Stat of MI that Golf courses are allowed to stay open for play. Indoor facilities like clubhouses or restaurants must close for on-premises consumption, but may continue to offer food and beverage through walk-up service and other means expressly permitted by the Executive Order.

What does that mean to LMGC golfers?

    1. At the moment the clubhouse will remain closed until 4/1 or weather dependent. Maybe sooner.

    2. You’re welcome to play before that by using the dropbox at the front door to pay your green fees.

Sorry for the confusion. Much of this is new territory and our main mission is the health & safety of our community.

    • Sandy Pines on March 18, 2020 at 9:08 am

We’re currently discussing plans for Memorial Weekend events, Flea Markets, and all our big events. A lot will depend on how things evolve in the next few weeks. Nothing has been changed at this time but we’ll keep you updated as details unfold.
