Greetings to each of you.  As we roll into the month of August in this very unique summer, I want to start by thanking all of you for the positive and appreciative spirit. Yes, it has been so good to gather again and worship in our beautiful chapel even though we have had to make adjustments. It was very hard to cancel Vacation Bible School this summer but felt we had to with all the restrictions and the importance of keeping everyone safe. I have also had a very positive response from our members for putting our worship services on our local TV – channel 27.2 and posting them on YouTube (under Sandy Pines Lakeside Chapel). We will continue to do that. In case you have missed any, they typically become available a couple days after the worship service. A huge thank you to Dave Lynema who has done all the video work and uploading as well as running our sound at chapel.  I also thank my committee for doing an outstanding job of navigating our worship services with social distancing. As we move into the month of August, I am sure there will be some changes to our schedule as we go. Thanks for your flexibility. What follows is our current plans for August and early September.

Are outsiders allowed to the evening concerts or is it just for members?

The concerts at the Chapel are currently not open to the public. We are doing our best to keep our numbers low in order to keep our community safe during this time.

Just wondering if the concerts at night will be open to the public! My mom and I were planning on coming out to see Brian Free, but if gate by the chapel is gonna be closed, don’t want to drive 45 minutes only to be turned away! Thank you and God bless!
